Meet: Hudson Park Estates at SLCC – Date: Thursday, July 2, 2009

Timers (16 Needed)
  

Runners (2 needed)

Responsible for working the day of the meet. Runners retrieve the time cards from the timers, sort them in event/heat/lane order and deliver them to the scorer table

Event Cards (2 needed)

Work to be done the Morning of the Meet. You will apply the labels showing each swimmers event, heat and lane to index cards.

Announcer (1 needed)

Before each race the announcer reads the event and heat as well as the names of each swimmer

Ribbons (3 needed)

The day after the meet, at practice, you put the labels on the ribbons and distribute them.
